Terms of Service

These Terms explain how you can use Filmporte's products, services, and platforms (together, the 'Service'). This includes our streaming platform (Filmporte Stream), any related services, and all content we provide or host.

This is a legal agreement. By using the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If you don't agree, you must not use the Service.

Filmporte lets creators share digital content (including video streams) through our platform. Some features require a registered account.

Purchased content remains available during its shelf life, but may become unavailable due to licensing, DMCA takedowns, or ethical violations. We don't provide refunds in these cases.

We occasionally offer promotions and rewards programs with their own separate terms.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service. This license does NOT include the right to:

• •Sell, resell, or use the Service for commercial purposes
• •Distribute, publicly perform, or display content without permission
• •Alter, adapt, or create derivative works
• •Use automated tools like scrapers, bots, or data mining tools
• •Download content without express permission
• •Use the Service for any purpose other than its intended use

When you publish content on Filmporte, you grant us a fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, distribute, and display it for operating the Service, improving it, and promoting Filmporte.

You're fully responsible for any content you post. You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions.

Filmporte doesn't assume responsibility for user content. We're not required to review, monitor, or approve content, and we don't make warranties about it.

You agree not to:

• •Reverse engineer or bypass security measures
• •Bypass content filters or access restricted features
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
• •Provide false or misleading information
• •Impersonate other people or organizations
• •Collect personal information for unauthorized contact
• •Send harassing, violent, or hateful messages
• •Use the Service for illegal purposes
• •Disrupt the platform or interfere with other users
• •Infringe on intellectual property rights

The cost of streaming films is shown at checkout. Once you purchase, your payment obligation is final and non-refundable (except where we explicitly state otherwise).

Prices may not include sales tax. If required by law, we'll add it to your bill. To cancel an order, email support@filmporte.com with the subject line 'Cancel My Order.'

All content on Filmporte (films, images, text, graphics, logos, features) is owned by Filmporte or our content providers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or use any content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

If you believe your work has been used on the Service in a way that violates copyright, contact us immediately at legal@filmporte.com.

The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• •Uninterrupted or error-free service
• •Quality of viewing experience on your device
• •That defects will be corrected
• •That content will meet your expectations

Filmporte is not responsible for data loss, deletion of content, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we'll notify you by email, posting in the Service, or updating the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
